Playin' somebody is not an option! Nor, should you or any child be the target of someone's harassment campaign. Get the facts.
Each day, thousands of young people are ridiculed or bullied by peers for unwarranted reasons. Much of which, goes undisclosed for fear of future retaliation; workplace harassment and discrimination may have significant legal and financial consequences.
Pay close attention to shifts in your child's behavior and take all necessary steps to address the matter immediately. Also, if your child discloses how someone is being punk'd, stop and ask questions about what is going on. Intervening could be the difference in preventing a victim from being pushed to the edge.
Remember, preventing someone from getting hurt, hurting someone else or hurting themselves is a risk none of us can afford to take.
